Brooks Estates focuses on delivering cost-effective, community focused, sustainable management services covering the South-West. We work with developers, residents and housing associations to manage the service charges associated with the communal space on new-build housing developments.

Our ethos centers on the importance of maintaining the properties, land and developments in our care to an exceptionally high standard, but with planet-friendly approach, making them a pleasant place to live for people, plants and the local wildlife.

We have a highly capable, multi-disciplined team who are skilled in land and property management. All staff are either qualified in, or trained to achieve, IRPM qualifications.

We take care of the landscape management, environmental and travel plan implementation, service charge accounting, contractor management, annual filing and insurances to a high standard with total transparency.

We are fully conversant with the implementation of Landscape Ecology Management Plan requirements and sympathetic site management along with providing full support with biodiversity net gain strategies, reporting and management.

We collaborate with environmental consultants and conservation partners, and we enforce environmentally-aware maintenance contracts as standard.

Property Management

We can tailor our management contracts to provide bespoke services to each client, with accounts, projections, KPIs, reporting and sustainability statements provided as frequently as required. We carry out regular site inspections and liaise with residents to ensure that they are happy with the standards of management being provided.
