We’re a Cornwall-based management company with a focus on delivering cost-effective, community focused, sustainable management services covering the South-West.

We work with developers, residents and housing associations to manage the service charges associated with the communal space on new-build housing developments. We take care of the landscape management, environmental and travel plan implementation, service charge accounting, contractor management, annual filing and insurances to a high standard with total transparency.

Accounting

Our service charge budgeting and end of year statements are provided in an easy-to-read format, and overseen by service charge specialist accountants in order to help Leaseholders easily understand their service charges.

Compliance & Maintenance

Our property management team ensures safety and compliance through regular visits and reporting. We provide QS-led project management for maintenance, accurately estimating future costs to timely collect sinking fund contributions.

Sustainability

We work hard to introduce sustainable management practises on the sites under our care, to ensure optimum performance from the sites that form part of our portfolio. We aim to incorporate green leases and memorandums of understanding wherever possible to facilitate positive environmental ambitions from both landlords and tenants.

Tenant Relationships

We work hard to establish and maintain solid tenant relationships, meaning that occupation rates remain high. Happy tenants want to stay put! We normally see occupation rates of 100% and have tenants that have renewed Leases multiple times over terms of many years.
