Block Management

Our block management services support freeholders in effectively managing the common areas of their apartment blocks, with transparent service charging and regular communication. Our team ensures safety and compliance through regular visits and reporting, our service charge budgeting and end of year accounts are provided in an easy-to-read format and all resales enquiries are handled by our in house conveyance team.
