Out of Hours Policy

Brooks Estates Ltd does not operate an emergency out of hours service.

If you experience issues that require urgent attendance contact the relevant emergency service in the first instance. At the earliest opportunity please report the issue encountered in writing, by email, to hello@brooksestates.co.uk so that your property manager can register this and notify the client.

Any invoices relating to works instructed out of hours will be the responsibility of the instructing party.

You MAY be able to recover this via the service charge, subject to client approval, but this is not guaranteed.
